Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period — you keep full access until then, and you can resume before the cutoff without losing data.
Which brokers do you support?
Alpaca (paper and live, OAuth or API keys) and Interactive Brokers (OAuth). More brokers are on the roadmap.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day Pro trial doesn't require a card. You'll only be charged if you add a card and the trial converts.
Is there a refund policy?
If Pro doesn't work for you, email hello@alphalens.dev within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing. Your broker connections, strategy tags, and order history stay put. You just lose access to Pro-gated analytics views until you upgrade again.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — annual Pro is $95, which is ~21% off the monthly rate ($9.99 × 12 = $119.88).
